Gökova Sailing Academy is a proud member of the International Sailing Schools Association (ISSA) which was founded in 1969. The Association has over 1,500 member schools around the world and is an active federation in the simplification and standardization of maritime education. All of our licenses are issued and approved by ISSA. All of the courses take place at our base in Marmaris/Turkey, which was selected to be the ''Instructor Education Center'' in 2015.

***Gökova Sailing Academy is not an agency. A person who is planing to take a course has to do his/her own research for his job acceptence before taking any courses or making any payments. The payments are only for the courses that are taken and cannot be refunded after the course period ends.
